2021 Measuring Day

Greetings Everyone,

I would like to provide an update on the 2021 measuring day.

The All-Pro Canadian Chuckwagon & Chariot Association’s ONLY measuring day is scheduled for March 27th at the CRE facility in Camrose.

We will ensure all public health orders and recommendations put forward by the Alberta Government and health officials are followed to ensure everyone’s safety. In order to do so the following will be required:

Members MUST call and register to measure horses, upon registering each person will be given a slotted time for their measure. Only one group of horses will be allowed in the building at one time. In order to register your horses please call me at (403) 304-3956.

In order to keep the number of people in the building at 15 or less, only 1 member and 2 helpers will be allowed in during the slotted time. Once the member, their helpers, and horses have exited the building, the next group will be called in.

We are asking that members try not to arrive more than 30 minutes prior to their designated measuring time.

Masks will be mandatory while in the building

We ask that you have pre-filled in your horse identification sheets prior to entering the building for your slotted time.
