Greetings Members,

Here is an update regarding the 2020 AGM. Generally, the AGM is held on the 3rd week in October.

Currently, the Province of Alberta is under a public health order restricting gatherings to under 50 people.

Also, 2 other Canadian provinces have rolled back the number of people allowed at a gathering due to a “second wave” of the COVID 19 virus.

For these reasons, I have decided to postpone the meeting until November.

Thirty days notice will be given prior to the meeting with date, time and location of the 2020 AGM.
